I’m Marielle - a highly adaptable and detail-focused professional with extensive experience spanning from medical typing to event management to administration. I excel in roles that require versatility, efficiency, and discretion, and I bring the same commitment to excellence whether I’m managing large-scale projects or handling day-to-day administrative tasks. My clients value my ability to anticipate needs, work autonomously, and deliver results with both precision and professionalism. While studying law at university, I worked as an administrative manager. I loved the flexibility of the role, the opportunity to work with passionate small-business owners, and the unique blend of skills required to be an exceptional virtual assistant. As an avid traveller, I took my business all over the world. I’ve always been drawn to roles that combine problem-solving with relational, people-first communication. I love organising - my friends and family will tell you that I’m never without my diary and a daily schedule - and bringing that calm, refined, delicate touch to everyone I work with. With a law degree, an extensive resume that spans from the medical all the way to the creative industries, and a deep passion for travel and exploring the world, I thrive in flexible environments that require versatility, precision, and organisation. Being a VA is the perfect role for me - I get to use my favourite skills, bring order to chaos, and manage both the small details and big-picture goals.
